This web and video agency tasked us with creating a unique art experience for their office space. Using photos shot within Orbit’s building and the nearby neighborhood 4 artwork pieces were created. 3 pieces printed direct to birch plywood and 1 to sintra board. The result is a seamless blend of custom visuals that accent the interior design and architecture.

Saturday, August 21st, 2010This 32-foot, 9-piece digital collage mural in a Chicago home, marks a completely new way of incorporating Haastyle art into a space.
Architect/interior designer Patrizio Fradiani developed the linear mural concept for a client’s home, and worked with Haastyle and the homeowner to bring it to life. Spanning two rooms in the home, the mural consists of nine artwork pieces lined up end-to-end as well as an integrated flat screen television.

Saturday, August 21st, 2010Haastyle worked closely with the home owner to develop a west coast feel for all of the artwork in this space. Pulling from our Los Angeles photo collection, 3 black and white and 1 color photographs were chosen to accent the bar areas, while a custom one of a kind piece of artwork was custom created for the large wall along the stairwell to the roof deck. The final touch was the addition of the Gestell Cocktail Table, which holds three Haastyle artwork pieces.
Paramount Lofts
Friday, August 20th, 20106 custom digital collage pieces were created for the lobby of this Chicago loft building. To create the main centerpiece positioned behind the reception desk, we used an historic image of the building from its days as a department store, prior to its recent conversion into lofts.
The Apple Store
Friday, August 20th, 2010Haastyle presented “Seeing the Cityscape Through Digital Collage” at the Apple Store located at North Michigan Avenue in Chicago. Our presentation demonstrated the use of photography as part of a larger process — as a launch pad for greater visual exploration. We showcased our artwork pieces depicting the Chicago cityscape, as well as video we contributed to the film Ball Don’t Lie. We also offered tips and techniques on digital photography, photo collage, Adobe Photoshop and iPhoto.

Haastyle participated in this group show along with artists Shellie Fiocca and Kurt Kreissl that opened at The Chicago Art Department. We showcased 9 pieces in this group exhibition. New work was printed directly on aluminum and wood materials. We also debuted the first collaboration piece between Nick Haas and Nate Winter titled “Embody”. Skateboards with each of the three artists work printed on them were part of a silent auction.
Big City Exhibition

Art gallery exhibition located in Hollywood, California. Showcased 9 pieces of artwork for this show, which was on display for 2 weeks. The work of two additional artists representing New York and Los Angeles was also part of the show. Haastyle prints reflected Chicago’s urban terrain.

Friday, August 20th, 2010Montauk Sofa, carbon neutral company and furniture industry leader in custom-crafted fashion seating and Haastyle, hosted an exclusive Chicago interior designer event showcasing their latest designs. Haastyle featured its latest artwork of Chicago’s urban landscape. Montauk Sofa unveiled their new wing back sofa, a fusion between a traditional and modern wing back with deep seating and a strong profile.
Thomas Moser Showroom
Wednesday, August 18th, 2010As part of its alternative gallery space program Thomas Moser Cabinetmakers invited us to showcase our artwork at their 607 North State Street showroom located in Chicago. We had two exhibitions at this showroom. One in the Summer of 2007 and another in the Spring of 2009. Over 25 pieces of Haastyle artwork were on display in there two exhibitions.
